聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效观察

目的:探讨聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的有效性及安全性。方法:将226例慢性宫颈糜烂患者随机分为两组,其中116例行聚焦超声治疗,110例行波姆光治疗。所有患者治疗后2个月随访进行疗效判定,比较两种方法的不良反应及并发症发生情况。结果:聚焦超声及波姆光治疗组的总有效率分别为96.5%及89.1%,治愈率分别为87.1%及72.7%,中、重度宫颈糜烂患者聚焦超声治愈效果明显优于波姆治疗,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的阴道排液、阴道流血、结痂、瘢痕形成等不良反应相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效显著,不良反应少,尤其适用于中、重度未生育妇女宫颈糜烂的治疗。

Investigation on effect of focused ultrasound on chronic cervicitis

Objective:To explore the efficacy and reliability of focused ultrasound treatment on chronic cervicitis.Methods:228 patients with chronic cervicitis were selected and divided into two groups randomly:118 cases underwent focused ultrasound surgery and 110 cases underwent infrared ray.All the patients were followed up on 2 months after treatment.The adverse reaction and complications in two groups were recorded and compared.Results:The total effective rates of focused ultrasound group and infrared ray group were 95.71% and 89.1%,respectively,and the cure rate were 87.1% and 72.7%,respectively.The effective rates of moderate and severe cervical erosion in focused ultrasound group were significantly higher than those in infrared ray group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the incidences of complications between focused ultrasound group and infrared ray group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chronic cervicitis can be treated by focused ultrasound therapy effectively and safely with rare complications,which can be applied to moderate and severe cervical erosion in married nonpregnant women.
