多囊卵巢综合征子宫内膜生存素和Ki67的表达及临床特征研究

目的:检测多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者子宫内膜生存素(survivin)和K i67的表达,研究其与性激素、血脂、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA)、体重指数(BM I)等临床特征的关系。方法:选取PCOS患者31例作为实验组,输卵管性不孕患者20例作为对照组,采用免疫组化法检测两组患者子宫内膜survivin和K i67的表达,采用免疫法测定血中性激素及血脂水平,并进行糖耐量葡萄糖试验(OGTT)和胰岛素释放试验(INS)。结果:PCOS组survivin和K i67表达均高于对照组。胰岛素抵抗组K i67表达高于非胰岛素抵抗组,相关性分析发现K i67表达与BM I、HOMA呈正相关。结论:PCOS患者子宫内膜细胞抗凋亡和增殖活跃,肥胖和胰岛素抵抗增加了子宫内膜K i67的表达。

Study on the expression and clinical characteristics of survivin and Ki67 of endometrium in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome

Objective:To detect the expression of survivin and Ki67 of endometrium in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS),explore the correlation between the the expression of survivin and Ki67 in endometrium and sex hormone,serum lipids,insulin resistance index and body mass index.Methods:The expression levels of survivin and Ki67 in endometrium from 31 cases with PCOS(experimental group) and 20 cases with tubal infertility(control group) were detected by immunohistochemical staining,the levels of sex hormone and serum lipids were monitored,oral glucose tolerance test and insulin release test were carried out in the study.Results:The expression levels of survivin and Ki67 in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the expression levels of survivin and Ki67 in women with insulin resistance were higher than those in women without insulin resistance.There was positive correlation between the expression of Ki67 in endometrium and insulin resistance index,body mass index.Conclusion:Cell proliferation and anti-apoptosis are active in the endometrium of PCOS,insulin resistance and obesity increase the expression of Ki67.
