女教师避孕效果与社区卫生服务质量的相关性研究

目的:分析女教师避孕效果与社区卫生服务质量的相关性,为提高女教师生殖健康水平和高校卫生服务质量提供依据。方法:与妇科体检同步,对云南省4所高校20~49岁的1 100名已婚女教师进行问卷调查,并以非意愿妊娠阳性与否分为A、B两组,作服务需求及满意度的比较。结果:①影响其避孕行为的因素为:自主选择占42.73%,按社区计生的要求占26.82%,经校医介绍占20.45%。②女教师满意现行避孕方法的仅占34.09%,不满的原因包括:担心避孕失败、不良反应、使用不便。③对社区卫生服务不满的原因:无处咨询、难得避孕药具、技术和态度欠佳。结论:社区卫生与教师需求有较大差距,提高社区服务质量是减少教师人工流产的重要措施。

Correlational research on contraceptive effect of female teachers and the quality of community health services

To analyze the correlation between contraceptive effect of female teachers and the quality of community health services, provide basis for improving reproductive health level of female teachers and the quality of community health services. Methods: 1 100 married female teachers aged 20～49 years old were selected from 4 colleges and investigated by a questionnaire, then they were divided into two groups according to unwanted pregnancy or not, the demands of community health services and degree of sat-isfaction in two groups were compared. Results: ①The effect factors of contraceptive behavior were: discretion (42. 73％), requirement of family planning department in community (26. 82％), introduction of school physicians (20. 45％) . ②The satisfaction rate of contraception was low (34. 09％) . The causes of low satisfaction rate included: worrying about contraception failure, adverse reaction, inconvenience of application. ③The effect factors of low satisfaction rate of community health services were: lack of counseling and contraceptive drugs and de-vices, poor attitudes and techniques. Condusion: The satisfaction degree is low and there is a big gap between the quality of community health services and the demand of female college teachers. It is necessary to improve the quality of health services in college community.
