| 摘 要： | 目的:研究RhoC对宫颈癌细胞粘附、侵袭和迁移能力的影响。方法:以宫颈癌SiHa细胞株为研究对象,转入RhoC小干扰RNA抑制其表达,通过体外粘附实验、侵袭实验和迁移试验比较SiHa细胞粘附率、侵袭能力和迁移能力的变化。结果:转入RhoC小干扰RNA后,RhoC蛋白的表达明显下调,对细胞外基质的粘附率明显下降(P<0.01),体外侵袭能力和迁移能力明显下降,侵袭抑制率和迁移抑制率分别为(19.94±6.06)%和(19.16±5.26)%。结论:RhoC能明显促进宫颈癌的转移。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the roles of RhoC to adhension,invasion and migration of cervical cancer.Methods:To transfect RhoC siRNA to downregulate the expression of RhoC.To test the adhensive ratio,invasive capability an migratory capability by adhesive assay,invasive assay and migratory assay.Results:Expression of RhoC was downregulated significantly after the RhoC siRNA was transfected.The adhesive ratio was decrease(P<0.01).The invasive capability and migratory capability were depressed.The invasive inhibition ratio was(19.94±6.06)% and the migratory inhibition ratio was(19.16±5.26)%.Conclusion:RhoC facilitates metastasis of cervical cancer. |
