| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨内障丸对抗子宫内膜抗体阳性大鼠抗子宫内膜抗体水平的影响。方法:将Wistar雌性成年大鼠随机分为6组,中药低剂量组(内障丸)、中药高剂量组(内障丸)、中药对照组(六味地黄丸)、西药对照组(醋酸泼尼松片)、模型组、空白组;从第1次免疫后第9周开始给药,连续3周,三周后检测内障丸对抗子宫内膜抗体水平的影响。结果:内障丸可明显降低抗子宫内膜抗体水平,提高大鼠的窝产仔鼠数。结论:内障丸能改善子宫内环境,抑制流产的发生。 |

Effect of Cataract pills on the antibody level and fetiferous number of rats with posi-tive anti- endometrial antibody |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of Cataract pills on anti-endometrial antibody (EMAb) level of rats with positive EMAb.Methods:Mature femal Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: low dose of Cataract pills group; high dose of Cataract pills group;Liuweidihuang pills control group;prednisone control group;model group;blank group.After the first immunity,the drugs were administrated to the rats from the ninth week for three weeks,then the effect of Cataract pills on EMAb level was detected.Results:Cataract pills decreased the EMAb level obviously and increased the fetiferous number of rats.Conclusion:Cataract pills can improve internal environment of uterus, suppresses the occurrence of miscarriage. |
