中国孕产妇死亡状况的国际比较

目的:分析中国孕产妇死亡率在世界各国中的相对位置。方法:收集1990、2005年中国以及世界有可利用数据的172个国家孕产妇死亡率、死亡数,以及相关国情数据。计算死亡率平均年下降速率,并与和中国有相似国情的国家进行比较。结果:2005年世界孕产妇死亡率为386.75/10万,1990～2005年世界孕产妇死亡率平均年下降速率为0.95%;2005年中国孕产妇死亡率为45.00/10万,1990～2005年中国孕产妇死亡率平均年下降速率为4.86%,两项均位居172个有可利用数据国家的第109位。结论:1990～2005年世界孕产妇死亡率整体呈下降趋势,中国2005年孕产妇死亡率低于世界平均水平,1990～2005年孕产妇死亡率平均年下降速率高于世界平均水平。

An international comparison of maternal mortality in China

Objective:To analyze the relative position of the maternal mortality of China in the world.Methods:The maternal mortality,total number of deaths and other relevant data of China as well as other 172 countries(where data were available)were collected from 1990 to 2005,the average velocity of decline per year was calculated,then comparison between China and countries with similar background was conducted.Results:The maternal mortality of the world was 386.75 deaths per 100 000 live births on 2005,the average velocity of decline per year was 0.95%;the maternal mortality of China was 45.00 deaths per 100 000 live births,the average velocity of decline per year was 4.86%,both of the two indicators ranked the 109th among 172 countries in total(where data were available).Conclusion:The maternal mortality of the world decreased from 1990 to 2005,the maternal mortality of China was lower than that of the world,but the average velocity of decline per year was higher than that of the world.
