| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腔隙性脑梗塞（CEI）患者是否存在胰岛素抵抗的问题。方法：测定35例CLI患者与35例健康对照者的血清空腹葡萄糖，空腹胰岛素，血脂（甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇），并计算胰岛素敏感性指数。结果：CLI组胰岛素敏感性指数低于正常对照组（P〈0．01），而空腹血糖、胰岛素、血脂浓度高于对照组（P〈0．01～0．05）。结论：腔隙性脑梗塞患者存在胰岛素抵抗，胰岛素抵抗可能是腔隙性脑梗塞的危险因素之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore whether there is insulin resistance in patients with cerebral lacunal infarction(CLI).Methods:The fasting blood glucose(FBG),insulin,blood lipid (total cholesterol and triglyceride) were examined in 35 patients and 35 healthy controls and their insulin sensitivity index(ISI) were calculated.Results:The ISI of the CLI group was significantly lower(P<0.01) than that in the control group while levels of FBG,insulin,blood lipid in CLI group increased(P<0.05~<0.01).Conclusion:There is insulin resistance in patients with cerebral lacunal infarction.Cerebral insulin resistance may be one of its risk factors for cerebral lacunal infarction. |
