| 摘 要： | 目的研究葛根素对正常成年小鼠子宫的影响及其特点.方法成熟雌性小鼠随机分组给药,进行阴道上皮角化实验,子宫重量系数测定,H.E染色,在倒置相差显微镜下观察子宫内膜厚度变化.结果雌激素组见大量的上皮细胞和角化上皮细胞;葛根素组无明显变化.雌激素组引起小鼠子宫重量明显增加,子宫内膜明显增厚;葛根素组与正常对照组子宫重量比较,无明显差别,子宫内膜无明显变化.结论葛根素对正常成年小鼠的子宫无明显刺激作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of puerarin on uteri of adult mice and its characteristics.Methods Female adult mice were randomly divided into four groups and given differen durgs.Vaginal epidermis keratosis was experimented;uterus weight coefficient was determined;uterine specimens were stained with HE and observed for the thickness of uterine endothelium under optic microscope.Results Numerous epithelial cells and hyperkeratotic epithelial cells were found in vaginal epidermis of estrogen-treated mice,but were not found in puerarin-treated mice;estrogen group had significant increase in weight of uteri whereas puerarin group did not.Conclusion Puerarin has no significant stimulating effect on uteri of adult mice. |
