| 摘 要： | 目的 了解近20年来国内外强迫症在心理治疗方面的研究进展及动态。方法 以最近20年国内外有关强迫症研究的成果为基础，采用文献研究法分析与总结了近150篇有关的研究论文和一些相关的治疗研究。结果 呈现出有关强迫症心理治疗的研究进展及动态。结论 加强文化因素的研究对强迫症预防及治疗具有深远的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective The authors attempt to provide an overview of evolvements and trends in researches on psychotherapies of OCD. Methods Based on findings and discoveries of researches conducted domestic and abroad on the treatment of OCD during the recent 20 years. The method used in this article is bibliographical research, which involves an analysis and summery of about 150 relative articles and researches. Results Present an overview of evolvements and trends in researches on psychotherapies of OCD domestic and abroad during the recent 20 years, Conclusion A reinforcement of research on the influence of cultural factors will be of great significance on the intervention and treatment of OCD. |
