口腔鳞癌患者化疗前后可溶性白介素2受体水平的变化

摘    要:目的;探讨口腔鳞癌患者化疗前、后血清可溶性白介素2受体(sIL—2R)水平的变化。方法:用ELISA法动态检测32例原发性口腔鳞癌患者化疗前、后血清sIL—2R水平以及30例正常人血清sIL—2R水平。结果:32例原发性口腔鳞癌患者治疗前血清sIL—21(水平较正常人水平明显升高(P<0.001),化疗结束后患者血清sIL—2R水平较化疗前水平明显下降(P<0.05),但仍高于正常人水平(P<0.01)。其中6例化疗无效患者血清sIL—2R水平在化疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:对口腔鳞癌患者化疗前后血清sIL—2R水平的检测,可为临床化疗效果的评介提供客观依据。

Abstract:Objective:The aim of this study is to analyze the changes of the serum sIL 2R in the patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) before and after chemotherapy and then provide an indicator for appraising the effects of clinical chemotherapy.Methods:The serum sIL 2R levels in 32 cases of patients with OSCC before and after chemotherapy and also 30 cases of normal persons were detected with sandwich ELISA.Result:The serum sIL 2R levels in 32 cases of patients with OSCC were significantly higher than those of normal group before chemotherapy and went down after chemotherapy finished. But they still were higher than those of the normal group. Furthermore, we found that before and after chemotherapy the serum sIL 2R levels did not change in the patients who didn't respond to the chemotherapy.Conclusion:The sIL 2R may act as an indicator to help estimate the effects of clinical chemotherapy.
