| 摘 要： | 目的 :对肠系膜上动脉压迫综合征 (SMAS)的病因、诊断、治疗进行分析和探讨。方法 :收集 1992 - 0 8～2 0 0 2 - 0 8我院门诊及住院经 X线钡餐检查确诊为 SMAS儿童 16例结合外院确诊为 SMAS儿童 15例。结果 :首先全部经保守治疗 ,好转 2 1例 ,痊愈 9例 ,1例因仍反复腹痛、呕吐而行手术治疗。结论 :诊断 SMAS除具有上腹胀痛、呕吐等典型症状外 ,主要确诊依据为 X线钡餐检查。首先采用保守治疗无效者再行手术。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate and analysis the etiological factors,diagnosis and treatment of Superio Mesenteric Artery Syndrome (SMAS).Methods:From August 1992 to August 2002,31 patients of SMAS who had been diagnosed.including 16 cases in our hospital and 15 cases in other hospitals.Results:31 patients received conservative treatment.Among them,21 cases got clinical improvement and 9 cases were cured,one case received surgical treatment because of vomiting and abdominalgia repeatedly.Conclusion:The diagnosis of SMAS should mainly depend on barium meal examination except that the typical symptoms such as epigastric distending pain and vomiting.The patient shoud received conservative treatment firstly.Surgical intervention is indicated if the patient does not respond to the conservative treatment. |
