综合疗法治疗肩关节钙化性肌腱炎36例

目的]探讨应用痛点穿刺技术行肌腱钙化物抽吸并丹参注射液局部封闭方法治疗肩关节钙化性肌腱炎的临床疗效。方法]采用痛点穿刺技术行肌腱钙化物抽吸并丹参注射液局部封闭方法治疗肩关节钙化性肌腱炎。结果]术后即刻缓解疼痛达95%,平均随访18个月无复发。结论]钙化物穿刺抽吸加丹参注射液封闭治疗肩关节钙化性肌腱炎疗效明显。

Objective]To evaluate the pain-point puncture technique tendon calcification suction line and the partial closure of Danshen injection method of treatment of calcifying tendinitis of the shoulder joint clinical efficacy.Methods]Pain-point puncture technique tendon calcification suction line and the partial closure of Danshen injection method of treatment of calcifying tendinitis of shoulder.Results]The immediate postoperative pain relief up to 95%,with an average follow-up of 18 months without recurrence. Conclusion]Calcification Salvia miltiorrhiza injection needle aspiration in treatment of closed calcifying tendinitis of shoulder obvious effect.
