老年人股骨颈骨折手术麻醉的研究

目的观察老年患者股骨颈骨折手术时的麻醉选择,探讨患者下肢骨折手术的麻醉经验。方法 2007年3月至2009年3月在我院行股骨颈骨折手术的68例65岁以上老年患者,均采用持续硬膜外麻醉完成手术。结果所有患者麻醉效果满意,术后恢复好,均痊愈出院。结论对高龄股骨颈骨折患者进行充分的术前病情评估及术后严密监测是保证安全的重要环节,连续硬膜外阻滞麻醉对老年患者生理干扰小,安全性大,麻醉效果满意,值得临床推广应用。

The study of anesthesia of femord neck fracture in the elderly

Objective To observe the femoral neck fractures in elderly patients during anesthesia choice of anesthesia in patients with lower limb fracture experience.Methods From March 2007 to March 2009 in our hospital 68 cases of femoral neck fractures in elderly patients aged over 65 were completed by continuous epidural anesthesia surgery.Results The effect of anesthesia was satisfied in every patient After effective treament,all patients recorered smoothly all Patients were cured.Conclusion The elderly patients with femoral neck fractures adequate preoperative evaluation and postoperative condition is closely monitored to ensure the safety of an important part of continuous epidural anesthesia in elderly patients with little physical interference,security,large,satisfactory anesthesia,is worth clinical application.
