摘    要:目的 了解健康教育对大学男生膳食营养的影响,为改善男大学生的膳食营养提供依据。方法 随机整群抽取某大学男生198人,进行营养健康教育。在教育前后分别进行5d的膳食调查,了解其营养素摄取情况。结果 膳食营养健康教育明显提高了男生膳食中动物性食物的摄入比例,提高了各种营养素的摄取量。蛋白质、磷、铁、维生素A的摄取量占推荐量的百分比分别从教育前的94%,213%,227%,135%提高到教育后的114%,230%,360%,226%,钙、维生素B2和维生素C的摄入量占推荐量的百分比分别从教育前的54%,71%,69%提高到教育后的79%,93%,74%。结论 营养健康教育是一种简单易行,又切实有效地改善男大学生膳食营养的方法。

Abstract:Objective To understand the influence of health education on dietary constituents and nutrient intakes of male college students and to provide a basis for improving their dietary patterns and nutrient intakes.Methods One hundred and ninty-eight male students were drawn randomly from a college using a cluster sampling method, they received nutrition health education and their nutrient intakes were assessed based on two five-day dietary surveys conducted before and after the education.Results The proportion of animal foods and the intakes of all nutrients increased due to nutrition health education. In terms of the percentage of intake meeting RNI (recommended nutrient intak), protein, phosphorus, iron and vitamin A increased from 94%, 213%, 227% and 135% to 114%, 230%,360% and 226%, meanwhile, calcium,vitamin B 2 and vitamin C from 54%, 71% and 69% to 79%, 93% and 74%.Conclusion Nutrition health education is a simple and effective method for improving dietary patterns and nutrient intakes of male college students.
