静脉推注地塞米松致不良反应分析

目的探讨地塞米松所致不良反应的一般规律及其特点,为临床合理用药提供指导。方法对3例地塞米松的不良反应进行分析。结果地塞米松所致的不良反应,临床表现复杂多样,主要表现为过敏反应、中枢和外周神经系统的损害及精神症状。结论临床应用地塞米松的过程中出现的轻微不良反应,可以不必用药,让其自行恢复,如果是过敏性休克则应立即抢救。

Analysis of intravenous injection of dexamethasone-induced adverse reactions

Objective To investigate the characteristics of dexamethasone induced adverse reactions,provide guidance for clinical use.Methods 3 cases of dexamethasone induced adverse reactions were analyzed.Results The clinical manifestations of dexamethasone-induced adverse reactions were complex and diverse,it mainly contained allergic reactions,central and peripheral nervous system damage and psychiatric symptoms.Conclusion The miner adverse reactions of dexamethasone could recover without medication,if anaphylactic shock occur,the rescue must be given immediately.
