KMG和PVA经子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤术后不良反应的对照研究

目的对照研究海藻酸钠微球血管栓塞剂(KMG)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)经子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤术后不良反应的疗效。方法40例患者明确诊断为子宫肌瘤,接受子宫动脉栓塞治疗,根据栓塞剂的不同随机分为A组和B组。A组20例采用KMG,B组20例采用PVA。结果术后A组出现腹痛患者20例,按0~Ⅲ度疼痛分级分别为0度0例,Ⅰ度2例、Ⅱ度8例、Ⅲ度10例,其他症状为发热15例,恶心10例,呕吐6例;B组出现腹痛患者8例,分级相应为Ⅰ度3例、Ⅱ度4例、Ⅲ度1例,其他症状为发热7例,恶心1例,呕吐1例。结论2种栓塞剂治疗子宫肌瘤术后反应中,使用KMG组疼痛时间、程度及发热时间明显高于PVA组,其他方面无显著性差异。

Control study of KMG and PVA from uterine artery embolization on uterine myoma postoperative untoward reaction

Objective It is to compare and study the curative effect of KMG and PVA from uterine artery embolization(UAE) on uterine myoma postoperative untoward reaction.Methods 40 patients diagnosed as uterine myoma were randomly divided into two groups and were all treated with UAE.20 patients in group A were treated with KMG and 20 patients in group B were treated with PVA.Results After treatment group A appeared 20 cases of bellyache.Bellyache was classified as type Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ from mild to severe.There were two cases of type Ⅰ,eight cases of type Ⅱ and ten cases of types Ⅲ.Other symptoms included 15 cases of fever,10 cases of nausea and six cases of vomiting.Group B appeared eight cases of bellyache including three cases of type Ⅰ,four cases of type Ⅱ and one case of type Ⅲ.Other symptoms included seven cases of fever,one case of nausea and one case of vomiting.Conclusion Compared with PVA group,KMG group appeared more severe cramping and fever in terms of time and severity.No other significant differences were found.
