锌对糖尿病大鼠血脂及脂质过氧化作用的影响

摘    要:目的:观察锌对四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病大鼠脂质代谢及抗氧化系统的影响。方法:健康雄性Wistar大鼠32只,随机分成3组:正常对照组、糖尿病对照组、补锌组。补偿组每日以10mg/kgbw的Zn灌胃,60d以后,取血测血糖、胰岛素、血氧化指标等。结果:补锌组大鼠血糖较实验前明显降低;TC、TG水平明显低于阳性对照组;红细胞SOD、全血GSH-Px活力明显提高,MDA含量明显下降。结论:锌可以有效地缓解糖尿病大鼠的高血糖症状、纠正其血脂代谢紊乱、提高其抗氧化能力。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of zinc on lipid metabolism and antioxidant system in diabetic rats induced by alloxane. Methods: Thirty-two healthy male rats were assigned to three groups (normal control, diabetic control, and zinc-supplemented groups). Ten mg Zn/kg/day was supplemented by means of gavage to the diabetic rats. After 60 days, blood glucose, serum insulin, lipid and MDA and activities of SOD and GSH-Px were testad. Results: Blood glucose in zinc-supplemented group decreased significantly as compared with that before experiment. The contents of TC, TG in zinc-supplemented group were significantly lower than that in diabetic control. The activities of SOD in erythrocytes and blood GSH-Px were increased and the content of serum MDA was obviously decreased in the zinc- supplemented group. Conclusion: Zinc can ameliorate high blood glucose status, correct the disorder of lipid metabolism, and increase the antioxidant activity.
