| 摘 要： | 近年来妊娠梅毒发病率有逐年增加趋势,临床主要表现为潜伏梅毒,未经有效治疗的妊娠梅毒对胎儿有严重的影响,抗梅治疗可显著改善妊娠结局。因此婚前、孕前、孕期梅毒血清学筛查相当重要,早发现、早治疗,可以大大降低先天梅毒的发生率。

| Abstract: | The epidemic rate of syphilis in pregnancy has had an increasing tendency in China in recent years. It is clini-cally presented as latent syphilis in most cases and may have severe influence on fetus and neonate if it is not properly treated. Antitreponemal treatment will greatly improve the outcomes of pregnancy. Therefore it is essential to have serologic screening for syphilis before and during pregnancy, and even in pro - marital phase. Early diagnosis and early treatment will significantly decrease the incidence of congenital syphilis. |
