新鲜芦荟外敷治疗化疗性静脉炎80例疗效观察

目的　观察新鲜芦荟外敷治疗化疗性静脉炎的疗效 ,并探讨其作用机制。方法　 1997年至 2 0 0 0年对 80例化疗性静脉炎分组应用新鲜芦荟与硫酸镁外敷 ,并进行疗效对比。结果　治疗组 (芦荟组 ) 80例 ,显效 2 6例 ,有效 49例 ,有效率 91.75 % ;对照组 (硫酸镁 ) 74例 ,显效 16例 ,有效 37例 ,有效率 71.6 2 %。两组相比差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　新鲜芦荟具有散瘀止痛、抗炎解毒、促进损伤组织细胞修复的作用 ,用于治疗化疗性静脉炎 ,其疗效优于常用药物硫酸镁

Aloes in the Treatment of Chemotherapeutic Phlebtis:Clinical Observation in 80 Cases

Objective To observe the curative effect of aloes on chemotherapeutic phlebitis and probe into its mechanism. Methods 80 patients with chemotherapeutic phlebitis received external application of fresh aloes and 74 patients received magnesium sulfate as control, and their effects were compared. Results 26 patients showed marked effects and 49 patients showed effects of varying degrees in the aloes group ,with an overall effective rate of 93. 75%. In the control group, 16 patients showed marked effects and 37 showed effective results. The difference between the two groups is very significant. (P ＜ 0. 01). Conclusion Fresh aloes has the efficacy of removing obstruction and relieving pain, anti-inflammation and detoxification, and promoting repair of injured tissues,and therefore is better than magnesium sulfate in the treatment of chemotherapeatic phlebitis.
