抢救性气管插管时麻醉剂或镇静剂应用（附40例分析）

观察４０例浅昏迷病人抢救性气管插管。插管前给予麻醉剂或镇静剂２０例，对照组２０例。比较两组插管时并发症血流动力学和Ｓｐｏ２变化。结果表明，用药组并发症少于对照组，用药组ＲＰＰ也明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；Ｓｐｏ２两组间无差异，但用药组Ｓｐｏ２下降幅度较对照组小。为此主张对浅昏迷病人急救插管给予适当麻醉剂或镇静剂。

Application of Anesthetic or Sedative to Emergency Endotracheal Intubation

of the 40 semicoma cases receiving tracheal intubation, 20 cases were given and enesthetic or sedative bdfore the intubation;20 cases were in the control group.After a comparison of the variations of complications,hemodynamic conditions and SpO2 between the two groups,we conclude that the medication group develops less complications and shows and obviously lower KPP than the control group (P<0.01);and shows an obviously lower KPP than the control group (P<0.01);and that the two groups demonstrates no difference in SpO2 but Spo2 of the medication group decreases less quickly.Therefore,it is advisable that semicoma patients for emergency endotracheal intubation should be administered and anesthetic or sedative.
