| 摘 要： | 将退行性膝骨关节病分为试验组58例和对照组28例，分别采用透明质酸钠和维生素B_(12)关节内注射，进行治疗效果对比。结果发现，试验组总有效率达91．5％，而对照组的疗效只有10．7％。由于透明质酸不仅能促进软骨基质的合成和有利于损伤软骨的修复，而且能减轻滑膜的渗出和炎症。因此，用透明质酸来治疗退行性膝骨关节病，在延缓骨关节病变进程、消除或减轻关节肿胀、缓解关节疼痛、改善和恢复关节功能方面有明显的效果。

| Abstract: | Cases of degenerative knee osteoarthritis are divided into experimental group and control group,who received intra -articular injection with sodium hyaluronate and vitamin B,, respectively. The result showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was 91. 5 % while that of the control group was only 10. 7%. Hyaluronate can not only promote synthesis of cartilage stroma and benefit restoration of the injured cartiage but also decrease inflammation and exudation of synovium. Therefore,sodium hyaluronate is proved effective for the treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthritis. |
