趋化因子受体CCR7在胃癌患者外周血淋巴细胞中的表达及其意义

目的研究趋化因子受体CCR7在胃癌患者外周血淋巴细胞各亚群的表达，并与健康人进行比较，探讨其与临床病理分期之间的相关性。方法分别收集健康人组、胃癌患者术前和术后外周血，进行荧光标记和红细胞裂解后，流式细胞仪检测CCR7在外周血淋巴细胞各亚群的表达，并分析其与临床病理分期之间的相关性。结果与健康人组相比，术前胃癌患者外周血T细胞各亚群中CCR7的表达明显下降，术后CCR7在外周血T细胞各亚群的表达明显升高。CCR7在胃癌患者外周血淋巴细胞中的表达与临床病理分期密切相关，Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者外周血淋巴细胞中CCR7的表达率明显高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌患者（P＜0.05）。结论趋化因子受体CCR7在胃癌患者外周血淋巴细胞中的表达明显降低，其表达水平与胃癌的临床病理分期相关。

Expression of chemokine receptor CCR7 in peripheral lymphocytes of gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the expression of chemokine receptor CCR7 in peripheral lymphocytes of gastric carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods Peripheral blood was collected from 20 healthy persons and 35 patients who underwent curative gastrectomies.The expression of CCR7 in the lymphocytes was determined by flow cytometry after red cells had died and labeled with fluorescence mAb.Results Compared with the control group,the expression of CCR7 in the gastric carcinoma group was significantly decreased.After curative gastrectomies,the expression level of CCR7 was increased and correlated with the TNM stage(P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of CCR7 is down-regulated in gastric carcinoma peripheral lymphocytes and relates to the clinical TNM stage.
