| 摘 要： | 目的探索红细胞内Ca2+、肺动脉平滑肌细胞内Ca2+水平与肺动脉高压的关系。方法采用流式细胞术分别检测先天性心脏病合并肺动脉高压的患儿18例、先天性心脏病未合并肺动脉高压的患儿19例红细胞内钙离子含量及肺动脉平滑肌细胞钙含量。结果红细胞钙与肺动脉平滑肌细胞钙呈正相关关系,相关系数为γ=0.818(P<0.01)。结论改善先心病病人的钙离子浓度可以有效的降低PH的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the Ca2+ in red blood cell and pulmonary muscle cell and PH. Methods Red blood cell and pulmonary muscle cell were obtained from 18 CHD with PH, 19 CHD without PH and 22 health controls. Flow cytometry was performed to detect Ca2+ in red blood cell and pulmonary muscle cell. Then we analysis the correlation.
