| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨针对青光眼患者设立护理咨询门诊的可行性.方法 对130例青光眼门诊就诊患者进行青光眼护理咨询门诊社会需求调查,并对调查结果进行分析讨论.结果 96.15%的调查对象认为应该开设青光眼护理咨询门诊以满足就医者的健康咨询;不同文化程度患者对护理门诊服务内容的需求不同;青光眼患者遵医行为较差.结论 以预防疾病为主的观念已逐渐深入人心,护理人员肩负着健康宣教的重任,应努力提升护士的专业价值.青光眼护理咨询门诊可以满足青光眼患者多元化的需求;同时对遵医行为较差的患者进行督促和指导,起到强化医疗门诊的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the feasibility of establishing outpatient nursing advisory service for glaucoma patients.Methods A survey on needs for outpatient nursing advisory service for glaucoma patients was performed on 130 outpatients and the results were analyzed and discussed.Results 96.15% of the glaucoma patients surveyed thought the hospital should offer outpatient nursing advisory service for glaucoma patients to meet their needs for health consultation.Patients with different education levels had various needs for services.Compliance of patients with glaucoma was poor.Conclusions With the fast development of nursing career,nurses are doing their utmost to enhance their professional status.Outpatient nursing advisory service is sure to reinforce the function of clinical department of a hospital,especially for patients with low compliance. |
