个体人格特征与护士职业角色的相关研究

目的研究优秀护士和一般护士、在职护士和实习护生人格特征的差异。方法本文采用国际上权威的卡特尔 (Gattell) 1 6PF人格测验 ,对 31 2名护理人员进行了测评。结果优秀护士和一般护士在稳定性(P <0 .0 5 )、兴奋性 (P <0 .0 1 )、有恒性 (P <0 .0 5 )、幻想性 (P <0 .0 0 1 )、忧虑性 (P <0 .0 1 )、紧张性 (P <0 .0 5 )和适应能力 (P <0 .0 0 1 )等人格因子上均存在显著性差异 ;在职护士和实习护生在乐群性 (P <0 .0 0 1 )、好强性 (P <0 .0 0 1 )、兴奋性 (P <0 .0 0 1 )、敢为性 (P <0 .0 5 )、幻想性 (P <0 .0 0 1 )、世故性 (P <0 .0 1 )、忧虑性 (P <0 .0 1 )、自律性(P <0 .0 1 )和适应能力 (P <0 .0 0 1 )等人格因子上均存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;Logistic回归分析表明 :低幻想性、低忧虑性和高适应能力是成为优秀护士的关键因素。结论优秀护士群体和一般护士群体在某些人格特征上有显著性差异 ;培养和选拔护理人才应重视她们的个体人格特征

Study on the relationship between personality factors of individual and nursing profession role

Objective To study the difference of the personality factors between outstanding nurse and the average nurse. Method 312 paramedics were surveyed with Cattell sixteen personality factors testing (16 PF). Results There were significant gender differences in stability, excitability, constant, fantastic, disquiet, strain and adaptability between outstanding nurse and the average nursing ( P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion There were significant gender difference in some personality factors between the outstanding nursing and the average nurse. Recognition personality factors of paramedics is necessary while bringing up and selecting nurse.
