| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨系统性健康教育对哮喘患儿激素吸入依从性行为的影响。方法:将180例哮喘患儿分为实验组96例和对照组84例,对照组采用常规哮喘护理方法和一般的健康教育,实验组在此基础上给予系统性哮喘知识健康教育,比较两组患儿激素吸入依从性情况。结果:实验组激素吸入依从性行为81.3%,对照组为45.2%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:系统性哮喘知识健康教育可提高患儿激素吸入依从性行为,降低复发率,达到有效控制哮喘的目的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of systematic education on the dependence of hormone inhalation of asthma patients.Methods: 180 patients were divided into two groups,Routine nursing care and health education were taken in the control group(n=84),while systematic education was applied in the experiment group(n=96),and compared the dependence of hormone inhalation between two groups.Results: The dependence of hormone inhalation in the experiment group had improved more significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion: Systematic education of asthma can improve the compliance of hormone inhalation and reduce the incidence of relapse. |
