用A型肉毒毒素治疗面肌和眼睑痉挛及Meige综合征

目的：探讨A型肉毒毒素（Botox）对面肌、眼脸痉挛及Meige综合症的疗效。方法：对26例面肌痉挛（HFS）患者，12例眼睑痉挛（BS）患者及4例Meige综合处患者进行局部痉挛肌肉多点注射Botox，并对治疗前后的病情分级进行对比。结果：显效率90.5%，部分绥解率9.5%，总有效率100％，药效作用时间为9－25周，5例重复注射者，其药效作用时间逐渐增加。局部不良反应轻微、短暂，无全身反应及过敏反应。结论：Botox为安全、有效、可靠的制剂，治疗方法简单易行，可作为治疗面肌、眼睑痉挛及meige综合征的首选药物。

A Clinial Study on the Treatment of Hemifacial Spasm, Blepharospasm and Meige Syndrome with Botulinum Toxin A

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Botulinum toxin type A(Botox)on hemifacial spasm(HFS),blepharospasm(BS) and Miege syndrome. Methods:Twenty six patients with HFS,twelve patients with BS and four patients with Meige syndrome were treated with Botox injections at many points of local spasmatic musles .Symptomatic alleviations after the injection were graded and the conditions were compared with the symptoms pretreatment. Results:Of the forty two patients ,thirty eight(90.5%) were remarkably alleviated ,four(9.5%)were partially alleviated.The duration of the effect was 9 to 25 weeks.Five patients were injected repeatedly.The duration of the effect was shorter and shorter and injection dose was gradually increased for these patients.The local side effects were transient and mild. No systemic adverse and allergic reaction were noted. Conclusion: This study shows that the therapy is safe ,effective,simple and easy to apply. Botox can be used as first selection for uhe treatment of HFS,BS and Meige syndrome.
