正常人眼晶状体中细胞凋亡调节基因Bad、Bcl-xl的表达及其意义

目的　探讨正常人眼晶状体中促进细胞凋亡基因Bad和抑制细胞凋亡基因Bcl xl是否有表达及表达情况。方法　正常人眼晶状体 8个 ,常规石蜡包埋切片 ,采用免疫组织化学方法 (SP法 )观察晶状体上皮、前囊、后囊、囊下、晶状体纤维组织中Bad、Bcl xl基因的表达。结果　Bad、Bcl xl基因在正常人眼赤道部晶状体上皮细胞及较新形成的晶状体纤维内表达 ,且相同部位两种基因的表达量没有统计学差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而中央区晶状体上皮细胞、晶状体囊、老化的晶状体纤维内无Bad、Bcl xl基因表达。结论　正常人眼晶状体功能的维持可能是抑制细胞凋亡基因与促进细胞凋亡基因共同作用的结果。

Bad and Bcl-xl expression in normal human lens and its clinical significance

ObjectiveTo assess the expressions of cell apoptosis promoting gene Bad and inhibitory gene Bcl-xl in normal human lens.MethodsSP immunohistochemistry technique with the related monoclonal antibodies was applied in 8 normal human lens to observe the expression of Bad and Bcl-xl gene in the different part of the lens.Yellow staining was positive scoring as ( ),yellowish brown as ( ) and brown as ( ).The expression pattern of the two genes was analyzed by SPSS software system.ResultBoth Bad and Bcl-xl were expressed in the epithelial cells of equator lens and to a lower extent in newly formed lenticualar fibers.There was no significant difference in the amounts of expression of the two genes.ConclusionThe function of normal human lens is maintained by the balance systems of apoptosis inducing and inhibiting factors.
