| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Urocortin抑制大鼠血管平滑肌细胞增殖活力的机制。方法：分离和培养大鼠血管平滑肌细胞，并加入不同浓度的Urocortin以及其他药物培养，运用肌’法考察Urocortin对血管平滑肌细胞增殖活力的抑制作用及相关机制。结果：Urocottin能够浓度依赖性地降低大鼠血管平滑肌细胞增殖活力，且能显著抑制L-型钙通道激动剂Bay K8644对细胞活力的增强作用。结论：Urocottin可能通过阻断厶型钙通道而浓度依赖性地抑制血管平滑肌细胞的增殖活力。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the mechanism inhibiting the viability of adult rat vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC) by Urocortin(UCN). Methods:Rat thoracic aortic VSMC were isolated,cultured and treated with UCN at different concentrations and with other drugs.Using the MTT assay,the inhibitory effect of UCN on the viability of VSMC and the relative mechanisms were investigated.Results:UCN inhibited concentration-dependently the viability of VSMC and reduced markedly the increase of the viability of VSMC pre-treated by L-type calcium channel blocker Bay K8644.Conclusion:UCN could concentration-dependently inhibit the viability of VSMC by blocking L-type calcium channels. |
