小鼠急性脂肪肝模型的建立及脂肝清作用观察*

目的]复制小鼠急性脂肪肝并伴有高脂血症的动物模型,观察中药脂肝清对此模型的影响.方法]腹腔注射地塞米松的同时灌胃高脂饮食复制小鼠急性脂肪肝模型,应用高、中、低剂量脂肝清对其进行预防治疗,并与中药脂必妥,西药辛伐他汀阳性药作对照,观察血糖、血清脂质、肝脏脂质、肝脏病理形态学等指标,并进行组间比较.结果]此方法成功地复制了小鼠急性脂肪肝并伴有高脂血症的模型,中药脂肝清可以降低急性脂肪肝小鼠肝指数、血清及肝组织甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC),改善此小鼠肝脏病理形态学,具有抗脂肪肝作用.结论]此方法提供了一种小鼠急性脂肪肝的复制方法,中药脂肝清具有抗脂肪肝的功能.

Experimental Model of Acute Fatty Liver in Mice and the Effect of Chinese Herbs Zhi Gan Qing on the Model

Objective] Acute fatty liver with hyperlipidemia animal model in mice was produced. To observe the effect of Chinese herbs Zhi Gan Qing on the animal model. Methods] Acute fatty liver mice model was produced by injecting Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate injection in the animals'abdomen and feeding mice high fat diet at one time. Then the models were prevented with high dosage,medium dosage and low dosage of Zhi Gan Qing Chinese herbs respectively contrasting with traditional Chinese medicine Zhi Bi Tuo and Western medicine Simvastatin tablets. The index of blood sugar,blood serum grease,liver grease,liver pathology was observed and compared between each group.Results] The method was adapted to produce acute fatty liver with hyperlipidemia animal mice. Zhi Gan Qing Chinese drugs lowered index of acute liver fatty in mice,triglyceride and total cholesterin in blood and liver,improved pathologic changer in live.Conclusion] Here we afford a method of producing acute fatty liver with hyperlipidlemia animal model in mice. Zhi Gan Qing Chinese herbs might be applied to prevent fatty liver.
