石河子市儿童肥胖现状及地心理行为影响

目的 了解该市区3－12岁儿童的肥胖患病情况，并探查其心理行为特点。方法 1999年对石河子市2637名儿童体检并采用Achenbach儿童行为量表对133对正常与肥胖小学生进行配对对照研究。结果 儿童单纯性肥胖患病率为12．9％，男性15．9％，女性9．9％。主要影响因素为饮食不规律。主要心理行为损害表现为抑郁，交往不良，社会退缩，攻击性。结论 不良行为引起的儿童单纯性肥胖应引起重视。

Analysis of children obesity prevalence situation and psychological char acteristics in Shihezi

Objective　To find out the status of the local children obesity prevalence (3～12 a) and to analyse the characteristics of th eir psychology. Methods　A mass screening of physical examination w as carried out among 2 637 children. We implemented a matching-control stud y in 133 pairs of obese and normal children by the self-designed environmental-fact or questionaire and Child Behavior Checklist. Results　 The prevalence rate of children obesity was 12.9%, 15.9% in male and 9.9% in fem ale respectively. Irregular diet was the major risk factor of local children obe sity. The major psychological characteristics included depression, poor intercou rse, social retraction, aggressive behavior. Conclusions　It is suggested that effective measures be taken to prevent these risk factors among c h ildren obesity, and reduce the occurrence of local children obesity.
