| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨MMP-2和MMP-9在早孕胎盘滋养细胞中的表达及意义。方法:通过免疫组织化学技术及West-ern blot技术检测早孕早期和早孕晚期绒毛组织中MMP-2和MMP-9蛋白的表达。结果:MMP-2和MMP-9蛋白主要定位在绒毛细胞滋养细胞和合体细胞滋养细胞胞浆内,绒毛间质细胞内亦有少量阳性染色,且早孕早期绒毛滋养细胞中MMP-2表达量高于早孕晚期(P0.05),而MMP-9表达量在早孕晚期高于早期(P0.05)。结论:MMP-2和MMP-9在调节滋养细胞浸润过程中起重要作用,且在早孕不同时期,二者表达不同,为深入探讨MMPs在滋养细胞浸润机制中的作用提供理论基础。
