某高职院校护理专业学生疼痛认知状况调查与分析

目的：了解高职院校护理专业在校生与实习生对疼痛认知的现状,为疼痛护理教育提供依据。方法：采用疼痛知识和态度调查问卷及自行设计的一般情况问卷对该校护理专业在校生及实习生120人进行问卷调查。结果：在校生平均得分为14.38,正确率为35.95%;实习生平均分为14.03,正确率为35.08%;不同教育层次学生成绩无统计学差异;不同实习医院学生成绩亦无统计学差异（均P〉0.05）,疼痛知识在学校教学内容中较为分散,所占学时较少,没有得到足够的重视。结论：护理专业学生普遍缺乏疼痛知识。建议学校开设疼痛护理学选修课程;培养疼痛专科护士方向的学生;利用网络资源,延伸学校教育,对学生进行疼痛知识培训。

An investigation and analysis about nursing students' cognition to pain in technical secondary school
