化生性乳腺癌的临床病理特点及诊疗现状

化生性乳腺癌(metaplastic carcinoma of the breast，MBC)是一种罕见的、异质的、具有侵袭性的乳腺癌，被世界卫生组织认定为一种特殊病理类型的乳腺癌。与乳腺浸润性导管癌（invasive ductal carcinoma，IDC）相比，MBC可能表现出部分倾向于良性肿瘤的特征，相对较少的腋窝淋巴结转移等。与纯粹的IDC相比，化生性乳腺癌有其独特的病理特性。由于肿瘤的罕见性，对MBC的治疗相对不为人知，但研究表明肿瘤切除和辅助放射治疗有最大的益处。

The clinicopathological features and diagnosis and treatment of the metaplastic carcinoma of the breast

Metaplastic carcinoma of the breast(MBC) is a rare and heterogeneous but aggressive type of breast cancer that has been recognized as a unique pathologic entity by the World Health Organization.MBC might display more benign features and less axillary lymph node metastasis than invasive ductal carcinoma（IDC）.Compared with pure IDC,MBC is with specifity because of its unique pathological features.Treatment for MBC is relatively unknown because of the rarity of the disease,but studies suggest that removal of the tumor and adjuvant radiation therapy has the greatest benefit.
