癌基因YAP1在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的:探讨yes相关蛋白1（yes-associated protein 1,YAP1）在食管鳞癌及正常组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:通过免疫组化法检测30例食管鳞癌及正常组织中YAP1的表达，分析YAP1表达与临床病理因素的关系。结果:YAP1在食管鳞癌组织中表达率66.7%明显高于正常组织13.3%（P<0.05）。YAP1在Ⅲ期食管癌中的阳性表达率高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期（P<0.05），在高分化食管癌中的阳性表达率明显低于中、低分化食管癌（P<0.05），在阳性淋巴结中的表达率高于阴性淋巴结（P<0.05），浸润深肌层的表达率高于浸润黏膜层（P<0.05）。YAP1表达与患者的年龄、性别无明显关系（P>0.05）。结论:YAP1在食管癌组织中高表达，有可能与食管癌的发生及分期相关。

The expression and clinical significance of YAP1 in esophageal cancer

Objective:To explore the expression of YAP1（yes-associated protein 1）in patients with esophageal carcinoma，and to clarify its clinical significance.Methods:Samples of 30 cases of esophageal carcinoma collected after operation，were investigated for the expression of YAP1 by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between the expression of YAP1 and the biological features of esophageal carcinoma was analyzed.Results:The positive rate of YAP1 in esophageal carcinoma tissues was higher than that in normal tissues(P<0.05).The expression of YAP1 in stage Ⅲ cases was higher than in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱcases(P<0.05).The positive rate of YAP1 in well pathological grades was lower than in moderate-poor ones(P<0.05).The expression rate of lymph node positive was higher than that of lymph node negative (P<0.05)，and the expression rate of deep myometrial invasion was higher than that of infiltrating mucosa (P<0.05).The positive rate of expression of YAP1 was not correlated with gender，age（P>0.05）.Conclusion:High expression of YAP1 in esophageal carcinoma might be related to the occurrence and staging of esophageal carcinoma.
