摘    要:热消融治疗现已成为公认的对于不可切除的结直肠癌肝转移重要治疗方法之一。然而,结直肠癌肝转移热消融术后消融区域边缘局部复发率很高。因此,及时、准确的对消融区域进行疗效评价可以提高热消融术的有效性。传统影像学评价方法主要依靠形态学变化,缺乏反映病灶病理变化的能力。并且难区分热消融灶周围正常组织的反应性病变与存活的肿瘤。结合近些年新的影像学评价方法文献,并对结直肠癌肝转移热消融术后影像学评价的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Thermal ablation therapy is now recognized as one of the most important treatments for unresectable colorectal liver metastases.The recurrence rate of post thermal ablation tumors in the periphery of the ablation site,however,is high.Thus,timely and accurate evaluation of the therapeutic effect in the ablation area can improve the effectiveness of thermal ablation.The traditional imaging evaluation method mainly depends on the morphological changes and lacks the ability to reflect the pathological changes of the lesion.Moreover,it is difficult to distinguish between the reactive lesions of normal tissue around the thermal ablation zone and the survival of the tumor tissue.Based on the recent literature of new imaging evaluation methods.The research progress of imaging evaluation in colorectal liver metastases after thermal ablation were reviewed in this article.
