榄香烯注射液联合TP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

目的:观察榄香烯注射液联合TP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌效果和安全性。方法:70例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组(35例)和治疗组(35例)。对照组患者给予单纯TP方案化疗,治疗组在化疗基础上加用榄香烯注射液静脉滴注。4个化疗周期对治疗效果进行评估。结果:治疗组客观有效率为42.9%较对照组(34.3%)高,但组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组和对照组1年生存率分别为65.7%和54.3%;2年生存率分别为22.9%和14.3%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者治疗前后CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但治疗前后CD8相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组患者白细胞减少、血小板减少和恶心、呕吐、腹泻的发生率远远低于观察组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常见的不良反应是静脉炎(14.3%)、发热、局部疼痛和过敏反应,无停药和死亡。结论:榄香烯注射液联合TP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效明确,并且可以提高患者免疫功能、降低化疗毒副反应,改善患者生活质量。

Efficacy of elemene injection combined with TP regimen in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy and safety of elemene injection combined with TP regimen in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.METHODS Seventy patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into control group (35 cases) and treatment group (35 cases) by using the random number table method.The patients in the control group received chemotherapy alone.Patients in the treatment group were treated with intravenous infusion of elemene injection on the basis of chemotherapy.Four chemotherapy cycles were administered to assess the efficacy of treatment.RESULTS The objective effective rate of the treatment group was 42.9%,higher than that of the control group (34.3%) (P>0.05).In the treatment group and the control group,the 1-year survival rates were 65.7% and 54.3%,the 2-year survival rates were 22.9% and 14.3%,respectively (P>0.05).There was significant difference in CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8 between the two groups before and after treatment (P<0.05),but not in CD8 (P>0.05).The incidence rates of leukopenia,thrombocytopenia and nausea,vomiting and diarrhea were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05).The most common side effects were phlebitis (14.3%),fever,local pain and allergic reactions,withdrawal and death without non-toxic side effects.CONCLUSION The effect of elemene injection combined with TP regimen in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer is clear,and it can improve the immune functions,reduce the side effects of chemotherapy,and improve the quality of life.
