CD146在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的:检测和分析CD146在胃癌组织和癌旁黏膜组织中的表达及其与胃癌临床病理参数的关系，探讨CD146的临床意义。方法:使用免疫组化方法检测75例胃癌组织及癌旁黏膜组织中CD146的表达，分析CD146表达与胃癌临床病理参数的相关性。结果:CD146在75例胃癌患者癌组织标本中的阳性表达（46.67%）高于CD146在75例癌旁黏膜组织中的阳性表达（10.67%）（P<0.05）。CD146阳性表达与胃癌患者淋巴结转移及临床分期有关（P<0.05）。但癌组织中CD146表达水平与患者性别、年龄、浸润深度、分化程度无明显相关性（P>0.05）。结论:CD146可能成为胃癌患者潜在的治疗靶点。

Expression of CD146 in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective:To detect the expression of CD146 in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent mucosa tissues and to analyze the relationship with the clinicopathological parameters of gastric cancer for exporing the clinical significance of CD146.Methods:The expression of CD146 in 75 cases of gastric carcinoma tissues and adjacent mucosa tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.The correlation analysis of CD146 expression with clinicopathologic parameters of gastric cancer was also analyzed.Results:The positive expression of CD146 in 75 cases of gastric cancer tissue samples (46.67%) was higher than the positive rate of CD146 expression in 75 cases of adjacent mucoma tissues (10.67%)(P<0.05).The positive expression of CD146 was related to lymph node metastasis and clinical stage in patients with gastric cancer (P<0.05).But there was no significant correlation between the expression level of CD146 in cancer tissues and gender，age，depth of invasion，degree of differentiation (P>0.05).Conclusion:CD146 may be a potential therapeutic target in gastric cancer patients.
