胃肠外科住院医师规范化培训体系建设与实践

住院医师规范化培训是培养优秀医务工作者的桥梁和基础，也是提高临床医师综合素质的重要举措。武汉大学中南医院胃肠外科以培养具有高尚医德、高超医技和系统临床思维能力的外科医师为宗旨，承担着住院医师、专业型硕士研究生的规范化培训工作，在胃肠外科培训体系的建设方面取得了一系列成果和经验。

Practice and discussion on the development of standardized training system of the gastrointestinal surgery residents

The standardized training of residents serves as the bridge and foundation in training excellent medical professionals, and an important measure in improving the comprehensive quality of clinicians. We undertakes the standardized training of residents and professional postgraduates, aiming to train surgeons with noble medical ethics, super medical skills and systematic clinical thinking ability. We have obtained a series of achievements and experiences in the construction of gastrointestinal residents surgery training system.
