摘    要:目的:考察3组典型中药药对(黄连-吴茱萸、桂枝-白芍、白芍-甘草)配方颗粒与共煎液的成分差异。方法:采用红外光谱法和高效液相色谱法,进行不同制法成分对比分析,并利用t检验进行统计分析。结果:3组药对红外指纹图谱对比分析相关性为,合煎液:配方颗粒=1:0.976 024(黄连-吴茱萸)/1:0.967 559(桂枝-白芍)/1:0.950 687(白芍-甘草)。建立了黄连关键成分(小檗碱、表小檗碱、黄连碱、巴马汀)、吴茱萸关键成分(吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱)、桂枝关键成分(肉桂酸)、白芍关键成分(芍药苷)和甘草关键成分(甘草酸、甘草苷)的高效液相色谱分析方法,经t检验,合煎液与配方颗粒中各成分均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:结果表明,3组药对的配方颗粒与合煎液成分分析差异不显著。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the contents difference of three typical traditional Chinese herb pairs (Coptidis Rhizome and Evodiae Fructus; Ramulus Cinnamomi and Radix Paeoniae Alba; Radix Paeoniae Alba and Glycyrrhiza uralensis) by different decoction methods of the dispensing granules and mixed decoction.METHODS The IR fingerprint method and HPLC were adapted to do the quality and quantity analysis, and the TTEST would be used to do statistics analysis.RESULTS The IR correlation resulted in 1:0.976 024, 1:0.967 559 and 1:0.950 687, with no difference between the dispensing granules and mixed decoction. HPLC methods for the key components of five herbs were established, which were berberine, epiberberine, coptisine, palmatine, rutacarpine, evodiamine, cinnamic acid, paeoniflorin, glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin. The TTEST showed no difference of the above key components between the dispensing granules and mixed decoction.CONCLUSION The study indicates that the three typical herb pairs would show no significant difference between the two decoction methods of the dispensing granules and mixed decoction.
