摘    要:神经眼科学是一门涵盖了眼科与神经科等多专业的交叉学科,其中包括原发性神经系统的损害,不同疾病所继发的视神经病变及一些系统性疾病所继发的神经系统损伤在眼部的表现等,目前其在视网膜的研究较少。而光学相干断层扫描血管成像(optical coherence tomography angiography,OCTA)是一种新型血流成像技术,具有高速、三维、无创成像等优点,OCTA 可以直观地看到视盘及视盘周围浅层和深层大血管及微小血管形态,有利于进一步探求视神经疾病的发病机制,故而对诊断神经性眼病有一定的作用。本文将对OCTA在神经眼科疾病的应用加以综述。

Abstract:Neuro-ophthalmology is an interdisciplinary that coversophthalmology and neurology,including the damage of the primary nervous system,optic neuropathy caused by different diseases,the injury of nervous system which caused by some systemic diseases and then reflect in the eye, but there are few studies on the retina at present.Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) is a new type of blood flow imaging technology,it has the advantages of high-speed,three-dimensional and noninvasive.OCTA can visually see the superficial and deep vascular and microvascular morphology around the optic disc and optic disc,which help us explore the pathogenesis of optic neuropathy furtherly,and it has an effect on the diagnosis of neuro-ophthalmological diseases,this paper will give us the brief review of the OCTA in different kinds of neuro-ophthalmological diseases.
