目的：总结《儿科阿奇霉素注射使用的快速建议指南》推荐意见外审调查的方法和步骤,以进一步修订推荐意见,为快速建议指南的外审提供方法学支持和实践经验。方法：对外审单位的临床医师、药师和护理人员等专家和患者家属进行电子问卷调查,对第二届福棠儿童医学发展论坛的高级职称参会专家进行纸质问卷调查。问卷包括基本信息和对指南形成的18条推荐意见的评估,包括赞同程度、表述清晰程度、临床可行程度和主观意见4个部分。指南制订小组根据一定的修订规则,讨论外审反馈意见,于定稿会对推荐意见进行修订。结果：共有86名外审专家和2名患者家属参与了指南外审,收到有效反馈4 762条,所有推荐意见的"赞同"、"清晰"或"可行"率均不小于80.0%,总体赞同程度为92.8%,总体表述清晰程度为96.3%,总体临床可行程度为92.7%,共收到78条主观建议。指南制订小组通过讨论,修订了4条推荐意见的表述,修改了1条推荐意见的主体内容,规范了措辞,未删减推荐意见,最终形成了18条推荐意见。结论：本研究对指南推荐意见外审的方法和步骤进行了详细的介绍,完成了推荐意见的进一步修订,并为快速建议指南的外审提供了方法学支持和实践经验。

Rapid advice Guideline for Azithromycin for Injection in Pediatrics: recommendations external review

OBJECTIVE To summarize the methods and steps of the recommendations external review of Rapid Advice Guideline for Azithromycin for Injection in Pediatrics, and provide methodological support and practical experience for the external review of the rapid advice guidelines.METHODS Physicians, clinical pharmacists, nursing staffs and patients' parents were investigated by electronic surveys, while experts above or equal to senior certificate from the forum were investigated by paper questionnaires. Basic information and assessment of the eighteen recommendations formed by the guidelines, including appreciations, clarity, feasibility and subjective opinions, were included into the questionnaires. The guideline panels discussed the results and revised recommendations according to the results of external review and rules.RESULTS A total of 86 external review experts and 2 patients' parents participated in the review. 4 762 effective feedbacks and 78 subjective suggestions were received. The overall appreciation degree of recommendations was 92.8%, the overall clarity degree of recommendations was 96.3%, and the overall feasibility degree of recommendations was 92.7%. The rate of "approval","clear" and "feasible" of all recommendations was not less than 80.0%. Finally, 18 recommendations were developed through the panels' discussion by improving the formulation of 4 recommendations, revising the main content of 1 recommendation, standardizing the words without deletion.CONCLUSION The study introduces the methods and steps of the external review of the guideline recommendations in details, completes the further revision of the recommendations, and provides the methodological support and practical experience for the rapid advice guideline.
