CNTN-1基因在三阴性乳腺癌中的表达及意义

目的:探讨CNTN-1在三阴性乳腺癌（TNBC）中的表达及与临床病理特征的相关性。方法:通过免疫组织化学的方法检测148例乳腺癌组织标本（62例为TNBC，86例为非三阴性乳腺癌）中CNTN-1蛋白的表达情况。探讨其在三阴性及非三阴性乳腺癌（NTNBC）中的表达差异，分析其与TNBC临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:在TNBC病例中，CNTN-1阳性表达率为61.29%（38/62）；在NTNBC病例中，CNTN-1阳性表达率为25.58%（22/86），两者有统计学差异（P<0.01）。在以Ki-67表达为指标进行的分组中CNTN-1表达有一定的统计学差异（P<0.05），以患者月经状况、肿瘤大小和淋巴结转移情况作为指标进行的分组中表达均无统计学差异（P>0.05）。结论:在TNBC中，CNTN-1的表达高于其在NTNBC中的表达，而且与反应肿瘤增殖、侵袭的指标Ki-67高表达密切相关。

The expression and significance of CNTN-1 in triple negative breast cancer

Objective:To investigate the expression of CNTN-1 in triple negative breast cancer compared to non-triple negative breast cancer.We explores the correlation between the CNTN-1 and the features of the clinical and pathological manifestations in TNBC.Methods:We analyzed the expression of CNTN-1 in all 148 breast cancer samples，86 were non-triple negative and 62 were triple negative breast cancer by immunohistochemistry.Then we analyzed the relevance between CNTN-1 and the clinical-pathological manifestations in TNBC by statistical methods.Results:61.29% of triple negative breast cancer was positive CNTN-1，and 25.58% of non-triple negative breast cancer was positive CNTN-1，it has the statistical difference（P<0.01）.The expression of CNTN-1 in TNBC has non-relationship with the menopausal status，lymphnodes metastasis and tumor size（P>0.05）.But it has correlation with the high expression of Ki-67（P<0.05）.Conclusion:The expressions of CNTN-1 in TNBC is higher than in non-TNBC.It also confirms that CNTN-1 is clearly related with the expression of the Ki-67 that reflects the tumor's migration and invasion.
