YAP、VGLL4蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及对侵袭和转移的影响

目的:探讨YAP、VGLL4蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达对侵袭和转移的影响。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法及Western blot法检测胃癌组织及癌旁组织中YAP、VGLL4蛋白的表达情况,分析其表达与胃癌临床病理参数的关系，从而判断其对侵袭和转移的影响。结果:YAP、VGLL4的阳性表达主要位于细胞核，少数在胞浆表达。YAP在胃癌组织中较癌旁组织表达增加，且与患者年龄、肿瘤分化、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期呈正相关。VGLL4蛋白在胃癌组织中较癌旁组织表达减少，且与浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期呈负相关。结论:YAP蛋白在胃癌组织中表达升高，与肿瘤发展和恶性程度呈正相关，肿瘤容易发生侵袭和转移，VGLL4在胃癌组织中呈明显下降趋势，且与肿瘤发展和恶性程度呈负相关。

Expression of YAP and VGLL4 in gastric carcinoma and its effects on the invasion and metastasis

Objective:To investigate the expression of YAP and VGLL4 protein in gastric carcinoma and its effects on invasion and metastasis.Methods:The expressions of YAP and VGLL4 were determined with the SP immunohistochemistry and Western blot in gastric cancer.And to analyze the relationship between the expression and the clinicopathological parameters of gastric cancer and to determine its impact on invasion and metastasis.Results:YAP and VGLL4 positive expression mainly located in the nucleus,a few expressed in the cytoplasm.YAP expression was increased in gastric cancer,and the patient's age,tumor differentiation,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage were positively correlated.VGLL4 protein expression in gastric cancer was reduced,and was negatively correlated with the depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.Conclusion:YAP expression in gastric cancer is increased,and positively correlated with tumor progression and deterioration.Tumors are prone to invasion and metastasis.VGLL4 in gastric cancer showed a decline trend,and negatively correlated with the degree of malignancy and tumor development.
