摘    要:疼痛是中晚期癌症患者的常见症状,阿片类药物是治疗中重度癌痛的主要药物之一,主要通过μ-阿片受体基因(OPRM1)编码的μ-阿片受体发挥镇痛作用。临床发现,阿片类药物镇痛效果、不良反应及阿片耐受的发生存在一定个体差异。许多研究表明,这种个体差异与OPRM1基因A118G位点密切相关,本文就OPRM1(A118G)基因多态性与阿片类药物镇痛效应的相关研究作一综述。

Abstract:Pain is a common symptom in advanced cancers.Opioids are one of the main drugs for the treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain,which analgesic action is mainly mediated by mu opioid receptors that are encoded by the mu opioid receptor gene (OPRM1).The clinical studies showed that there were some individual differences in opioid analgesic efficacy,adverse reaction and opioid tolerance.Several studies have showen that this individual difference close association with the A118G site of OPRM1 gene.This article reviews the related studies of OPRM1 (A118G) gene polymorphism and opioid analgesic effect.
