静脉输注药品调配后的贮存信息标注情况调查与建议

目的:调查静脉输注药品调配后的贮存信息标注情况,为调配后药品贮存管理提供参考。方法:收集某院静脉输注药品说明书,对说明书中涉及药品调配后的贮存信息进行统计,分析目前药品说明书中调配后的贮存信息标注情况及存在问题。结果:473份静脉输注药品说明书中,标注配制液即用即配75份(15.86%);标注配制液贮存时限84份(22.52%),其中明确标注贮存条件51份(60.71%),未标注配制液贮存时限314份(66.38%)。结论:静脉输注药品调配后的贮存信息标注严重缺失,部分信息标注含糊,建议应对静脉输注药品调配后的说明书贮存信息建立统一贮存标准,加强药品说明书相关信息标注审批监管。

Investigation and suggestion on the labeling of storage information after preparation of intravenous infusion drug

OBJECTIVE To investigate the labeling information of transfusion storage after preparation,and provide references for the storage management of the finished products.METHODS The instructions for intravenous infusion drugs in our hospital were collected,the information about the transfusion storage information of the finished products after the preparation was collected,and the labeling situation and the existing problems of the transfusion storage information after the preparation were analyzed.RESULTS There were 473 copies of intravenous infusion drug instructions,including 75 instructions labeled instant transfusion after preparation (15.86%),84 with storage time limit (22.52%),51 with store conditions (60.71%),314 with no storage time limit (66.38%).CONCLUSION The storage information on intravenous infusion drug is markedly missing and some of the information is ambiguous.It is recommended that a unified storage standard should be established for the storage information of intravenous infusion drug,and the relevant storage information on infusion drug should be strictly reviewed and supervised.
