亚砷酸联合电离辐射对肝癌细胞株HepG2增殖、迁移及侵袭能力的影响

摘    要:目的:探究亚砷酸联合电离辐射对肝癌细胞株HepG2增殖、迁移及侵袭能力的影响。方法:采用CCK-8及EdU法检测照射处理、亚砷酸处理及联合处理对HepG2细胞增殖能力的影响;采用Transwell法检测上述处理方法对细胞迁移及侵袭能力的影响。结果:肝癌细胞株HepG2经照射、亚砷酸或联合处理后,与对照组相比,增殖能力减弱,处于S期的细胞比例显著降低;迁移及侵袭能力也受到了显著的抑制,其中联合作用效果最明显。结论:亚砷酸联合电离辐射可显著抑制肝癌细胞的增殖、迁移及侵袭能力。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate effects of arsenous acid in combination with ionizing radiation on proliferation,migration and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 cells.Methods:CCK-8 and EdU assay were used to detect the effects of ionizing radiation,arsenous acid and combination on proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 cells.Transwell assay was used to detect the effects of treatment described above on migration and invasion of HepG2 cells.Results:Compared with control group,ionizing radiation,arsenous acid and combination treatment decreased the ability of proliferation of HepG2 cells,the S phase cell proportion reduced.And the abilities of migration and invasion of HepG2 cells were inhibited.The influence of arsenous acid in combination with ionizing radiation was the most significantly.Conclusion:Arsenous acid in combination with ionizing radiation inhibit the abilities proliferation,migration and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 cells.
