医院药品验收药检单及冷链运输记录管理信息化

目的：实现医院进口药品检验报告、生物制品批签发合格证和冷链运输记录的信息化传输和管理。方法：结合某院现有的信息化管理系统和商业公司的供应链信息平台，构建全新的药检报告和冷链运输记录电子化管理系统。通过比较系统应用前后的相关指标对全新管理模式的成效进行分析。结果：新开发的电子化管理系统将商业公司上传的电子药检报告和冷链运输记录自动储存于指定服务器永久保存，药库直接调取和查询所验收药品相关报告，确保其准确无误，降低管理成本，提高药师工作效率。结论：通过开发全新的药品相关报告管理方式，药学部推进了医院信息化建设进程，为医院药事管理提供了新的思路和方向。

The information management of drug inspection report and cold chain transportation record in hospital acceptance

OBJECTIVE To realize the information transmission and management of the hospital import drug inspection report, biological product batch issuing certificate and cold chain transportation record. METHODS Combined with the existing information management system and the supply chain information platform of the commercial company, a new drug testing report and the electronic management system was constructed. Through comparing the relevant indexes before and after the application of the system, the effectiveness of the new management model was analyzed.RESULTS The new developed electronic management system would upload the electronic commercial drug inspection report and cold chain transport records automatically to the specified server, which would be permanently preserved, and the pharmacy store directly obtained and queried the related drug report, ensuring the accuracy, reducing management costs, and improving the pharmacists work efficiency.CONCLUSION Through the development of drug report management, the department of pharmacy has promoted the process of hospital information construction, which provides a new idea and direction for the hospital pharmacy administration.
