肝、肾巨大血管平滑肌脂肪瘤1例并文献复习

目的:探讨肝、肾巨大血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的临床诊疗过程及其特征，以期提高对该病的认识。方法:回顾性分析我院1例肝、肾多中心巨大血管平滑肌脂肪瘤患者的临床资料。并检索中国知网、万方、Pubmed等数据库，对相关文献进行系统性分析，归纳其临床特点。结果:本例患者术后一般情况良好，切口痊愈出院，随访三个月未见进展。结论:肝、肾巨大血管平滑肌脂肪瘤同时存在在临床上较为罕见，早期无特异性临床表现，初诊多以影像学检查为主，确诊依靠病理。治疗尚存争议，预后较好。

Hepatic and renal giant angiomyolipoma:A case report and literature review

Objective:To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of hepatic and renal giant angiomyolipoma，and to improve the understanding of the disease.Methods:Analyze retrospectively the clinical data of a case of hepatic and renal giant angiomyolipoma in our hospital.And retrieval CNKI，WanFang，Pubmed，and other databases，systematically analysis of related literature，and summarize the clinical characteristics.Results:The general condition of this patient was good after operation.The incision was cured and discharged，and no progress was found after 3 months of follow-up.Conclusion:The presence of giant angiomyolipoma in liver and kidney is relatively rare at the same time.There is no specific clinical manifestation in the early stage.The preliminary diagnosis is mainly based on imaging，and the determine diagnosis depends on pathology.The treatment remains controversial and the prognosis is relatively good.
