STAT3和VEGF在肺鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

目的:探讨肺鳞癌组织中信号转导子和转录激活子3(STAT3)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测肺正常组织(30例)、肺鳞癌组织(60例)中STAT3和VEGF的表达，分析其与肺鳞癌临床病理特征的关系。结果:STAT3在肺正常组织和肺鳞状细胞癌中的阳性表达率分别为33.3％和56.7％，而VEGF的阳性表达率分别为23.3％和80％。STAT3和VEGF在肺鳞状细胞癌中的阳性表达率均明显高于肺正常黏膜(P<0.05)。肺鳞状细胞癌中STAT3、VEGF的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期之间明显相关(P<0.05)，但是两者与患者的性别、年龄及肿瘤的病理分级无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论:STAT3和VEGF的表达增加，提示两者与肺鳞状细胞癌的发生发展有关，并且有助于判断肿瘤的侵袭和淋巴结转移。

Expressions and clinical significance of STAT3 and VEGF in lung squamous cell carcinoma

Objective:To investigate the expressions of STAT3 and VEGF in lung squamous cell carcinoma and its relationships with clinical pathological characteristics.Methods:The expressions of STAT3 and VEGF protein were examined by immunohistochemistry in the data of 60 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma and 30 cases normal lung tissue.To analyze clinical pathological characteristics.Results:The positive expression rates of STAT3 in normal lung tissue and lung squamous cell carcinoma were 33.3％ and 56.7％，the positive expression rates of VEGF were 23.3％ and 80％.The expression of STAT3 in lung squamous cell carcinoma patients was significantly related to the depth of invasion，lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P<0.05)．And it wasn' t significantly related to its gender，age and tumor cell differentiation degree.Conclusion:High expressions of STAT3 and VEGF were related to carcinogenesis and development of lung squamous cell carcinoma.They may contribute to judgment of invasion and metastasis.
